Having my own children has opened my eyes to just how quickly time escapes us. One moment you're cradling a newborn, the next you're waving them off to school. Time is a thief but photography to me, is a way of holding on. It freezes those beautiful moments so we can return to them again and again. That’s why I do what I do, to help families press pause and slow down to enjoy the beauty in those every day moments.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll most likely find me on long walks with my little team in tow, my wonderful husband Tom, our two kids and two scruffy, lovely dogs. We live in a cosy cottage in the Hertfordshire countryside, where I love pottering around, decorating little corners, and embracing a slower, simpler pace of life. It’s busy and chaotic, but full of heart, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
